1. Doctor Appointments

For consultations booked through our platform, the following rules apply:

• Refunds strictly depend on the individual cancellation policy of the respective doctor or hospital.
• No refund will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows by the patient.

2. Medical Equipment Purchase

For direct purchases of medical devices and equipment:

• Refunds or replacements are applicable only for damaged or explicitly defective products.
• Any issues must be formally reported to our support team within 48 hours of successful delivery.

3. Equipment Rental

For short-term or long-term medical equipment rentals:

• Refunds are not applicable once the equipment has been delivered and successfully installed at your location.
• Security deposits (if any were collected) are fully refundable after a satisfactory post-rental inspection of the equipment by our technicians.

4. Processing Time

• Once a cancellation or refund request is approved by Hello Mr. RK, the standard processing time is between 5 to 7 business days. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
